IkariamLinking Telegram
- Open the oBot panel and the Telegram tab: under Link you find your token. Press Copy.
- On Telegram open the chat with the oBot Telegram bot (the same one as oBot for OGame) and press Start if asked.
- Paste the token and send it as a message. Wait for the bot confirmation.
- Go back to the panel and press Check link: the line turns into Telegram linked.
- Press Send a test message: it should reach your phone.
The token
Never share it
The token is the key of your oBot for Ikariam account: whoever has it can use your oBot account. Do not paste it in public chats or forums.
It is a different token from the OGame one: if you use oBot for both games, send both tokens to the same chat and you will get the alerts of both.
Which alerts arrive
- Incoming attack, with server, player and hostile movements, repeated every 30 minutes while it lasts (option Alert on Telegram too in the Alarms tab; the Test the alarm button sends it too).
- Economy warnings: warehouse full, wine running out, gold dropping (option Economy warnings on Telegram too in the Alarms tab).
- The bot has stopped, if it shows no sign of life for more than an hour (option Tell me on Telegram if the bot stops in the Alarms tab).
- Building started, with town and end time (option Telegram message for every started building in the Buildings tab).
- The test message of the Telegram tab.
