- Open the oBot panel and the Telegram tab: under Link you find your token. Press Copy.
- On Telegram, open the chat with the oBot Telegram bot (the same as oBot for OGame) and press Start if asked.
- Paste the token and send it as a message. Wait for the bot’s confirmation reply.
- Go back to the panel and press Check link: the line becomes Telegram linked.
- Press Send a test message: it must reach your phone.
- In the Fights tab, Alerts box, turn on Notices on Telegram and save.
The token
Do not give it to anyone
The token is the key of your oBot account for Gladiatus: whoever has it can use your oBot account. Do not paste it in public chats or forums.
It is a different token from the OGame (and Ikariam) one: if you use oBot for several games, send all the tokens to the same chat and you will receive the notices of all of them.
Which notices arrive
With Notices on Telegram on (Fights tab, Alerts box), every message carries the server and the player name:
- New level: «Level … reached!».
- Food over (or low health with healing off): the bot waits for health to regenerate. At most once an hour.
- Daily summary: every morning from 8 the last day played: level, fights won (expeditions, arena, dungeons), gold won and spent, experience. Only one, even after days with the browser closed.
- Message from a player: with Mail reading on, a message that does not come from the game itself gets a notice.
- The test message of the Telegram tab.
